- Sign the relevant paperwork with our office. Ensure you provide bank account details, property and landlord insurance details, as well as any compliance certificates for the property to our office.
- Give the required notice, usually 30 days is required. This must be done in writing to your current Property Manager.
- We’ll take it from here!! We will liaise with your current Property Manager for hassle free hand over of keys and paperwork associated with your property. We will also inform your tenants of the change of management. This will allow for smooth transaction between all parties.
