As a value add to our Owners, Bloor Property Management offers a unique personalised service for both ‘handyman’ type jobs through to bulk purchase maintenance jobs.  Mark will perform the basic jobs for you, no call out fee, just a simple hourly rate.  He will also be another set of eyes on the inside of your property keeping an eye on things.  he can even spot issues that may crop up in the future and take steps to prevent.
