They... read more always ensured that we kept the property well maintained but were also extremely fair to us as tenants, making sure that any maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and we received detailed reports including photos after every inspection as evidence that we were keeping the property to a high standard. Rent receipts were sent through fortnightly and whenever we requested any documentation such as rental ledgers, they were provided efficiently. Highly recommend Bloor to both owners and tenants.
